Plz suggest me if any 4K gaming Monitor with hdmi 2.1 are available in my Budget?

I am from India, I am looking for a 4k monitor but most of them cost starting from ₹50,000‐60,000($700-$800) for a high refresh rate monitor(144htz-165htz) where I live, so i have listed only full hd and 1440p monitors. My budget is max ₹30,000‐₹41,000($400‐$550).

Ryzen 9 5900x,
Msi Ventus 3080(10gb),
32gb Ram,
2tb ssd,
850w psu.
