Best mother board with eSATA support?

I have a intel i7 4790k and want a mother board with all the bells and whistles that has eSATA support

Check the ASRock Z97 Extreme6, but it may not have everything you're looking for.

Not that many Mobo with eSata. Anywhoo, eSata is going the way of firewire, not gonna argue about it, it just is. Plus Mobos' built-in eSata can't do multi-bay JBOD setups BTW, for that you must use a PCI eSata adapter. I speak from recent exeperience.

I too was enamored of eSata for a little bit, but practically and reality pushed me to USB3, doesn't look as sexy as eSata on paper, but real life, much easier, less hassle.

I prefer eSATA for backups since additional drivers are not required; boot from the installation DVD and recover from the last complete backup.
