best mother boards for fx 8350

so i bought a fx 8350 and i want to get a motherboards for it. i would like to over clock it so i wanted to ask if you guys have some experince using the fx 8350 with some motherboard i dont plan on spending alot around the price range of $140

My brother has the 890 chipset ud5 version of this one

no matter which board you get the heat is going to build up soon as you overclock. I just got a 8350 couple days ago and I am running at 4.5 with and ECO c240 which is equivalent to a H100

i actually have the mother board tht is in the link but i never used it since many people had over heating problems so i plan on buying a diffrent one
so do u mean u have the 990 chip set but its ud 5?
