So I have a number of available options here for my 8600k to overclock to 5Ghz :

4: Aorus Z370 Gaming 3
5: Aorus Z370 Ultra Gaming wifi

Best that Ive seen for it's price, The Z370 Extreme 4. Has plenty of VRMs to keep the juices up and also runs pretty cool which will help overclocking. If you have that board available to you, that's the one I would get.
