Best motherboard for cpu

ive heard some mixed answers from google so i figure i will ask here. whats the best motherboard AMD FX 9590 Black E dition 4.7GHz Eight-Core Socket AM3+ Boxed Processor. and should i use watercool or not

Asus V Formula V+FX 9590+Trident X, cannot be that AMD combination. You should get liquid cooling if you want more space and planning to OC even more.

Have you already bought the parts? If not you could go Intel, unless you like AMD and need their features. Here you go, best AMD combo.
