I'm still stuck between the processors. i5 3570k or i7 3770k. But that's not the point. I wanna have a MoBo that's capable of upgradation for the next 4-5 years. Looks is a factor to me(I'm even trying WCing). Whatever, I sorted to these:

1.Asus Maximus V Formula
2.Asus P8z77 Pro (I don't like the looks though)

I will be OCing a bit. 1 GPU now (Most probably, NVidia Geforce GTX 670). Will upgrade to 2-way SLI later.

Price is a factor and I'm not going beyong $300 for the MoBo.

I'm open to any other brand. Thanks in advance.

Those are both LGA 1155 boards and you won't be able to upgrade past the Ivy Bridge processors. If you want a more upgradeable platform, wait for the LGA 1150 boards which will support Haswell and later Broadwell processors. They will be out soon.

Spending $300 on a motherboard is overkill unless you're going for some crazy overclock anyway. I'd recommend looking at Gigabyte, MSI, and Asus motherboards in the ~$150 price range.
