Best motherboard for GTX 670

Hello everyone I posted a lot of topics before,
but i found out newegg doesn't ship to countries outside the US, so I have to start all over again.
hehe
So yea what is the best motherboard under $125 USD, and that has a Socket 1155 for an i5 2500k
I might want to OC' the CPU a little bit, and tweak the GTX 670 to 1125Mhz.

Tell me your opinion about my future build, but please don't post any pcpartpicker builds!
And any recommendations for the GTX 670 brand? (MSI or Asus)

This is a good board for 10$ more than your budget. I can vouch for it as I have the same board.

As far as which card is better would be for what you're wanting to do with it, like you said your wanting to OC so in that case the ASUS would be better. Their cooling imo is one of the best and if not it is the best.

The FPS difference between the 2 cards no. There will be when you OC, as you would be able to OC farther with the ASUS one then MSI. Yeah the ASRock board is awesome, I've had it for about 3 months and its worked wonders for me so far. And the UEFI BIOS is a nice addition to it as well.
