We can't see your build, you have to use the BBCode or the pcpp link, otherwise it just takes us to our latest builds, dont copy the url from the bar at the top

I don't really need 16gb ram, + the psu i have is platinum rated (rather than gold), i have the samsung 850 PRO ssd, and i believe the asus strix 980ti has slightly better if not very similar performance to the gigabyte g1

trust me you want at least 16GB of RAM, i was using 8GB yesterday, and when you have a rig like that you want a decent amount of RAM, the PSU rating isn't hugely important, obviosuly it's great but you're payiong a whole lot more for a few extra percent of efficiency. The strix has a slightly higher speed, but nothing that can't be achieved with an overclock, and you may see 1 extra frame for the extra £60 it is for the two cards (not worth it), also, why do you need the PRO ssd, what difference is it really making? so just saying, you could have much better budget management...

what is your budget anyway

Sorry, i should have specified I've already bought these parts months ago with the exception of the Gpu's which are in the process of being delivered (upgraded from a gtx 970), I bought everything at a reduced price, and paid £1400 for everything (not including the mouse and monitor) £1670 If you take those into account. I just wanted some advice on which motherboard to buy that would be compatible with 2 980ti's in sli.

alright, still, upgrade to 16GB as well
