I don't want to overclock so just looking for a good motherboard that fits. Also some really good cooling would be nice. Actually this is what I have so far.
added a same unit made by seasonic brand xfx. will handle the build just fine. an evo 212 is great cooler for the price. added a better board. added cheaper ram will perform the same. added better cpu for the same price. overclocking capable. sli for future. better build. get this build. dont get the one you chose.

Only problem with this for me is I don't know how to overclock, I don't think it's necessary, and is 550 power supply enough? Also wondering if my monitor is any good.
you dont need to overclock you can just use this build. no one is forcing you to overclock . 550watts is enough. this build is overall around 380watts. the monitor is perfect! for that fast response time and its usually what i choose for people.

True it is actually cheaper to go with the overclock version and as for the motherboard it is $50 more but I can use it in future and gives me more options. On the price site it said estimated watts is 424w and then someone else told me you have to add 20-50% of 424 to the total so I figured it would be more around 600-650. I think I'll stick with the 620 I had to be safe. Unless I get more opinions that 550 is where I want to be at. I just like to have multiples opinions before being sure. How did you add up that it was 380watts? And how much power I would need?
the cpu is 84watts max. with gtx 770 is 230watts. = 314watts. not all websites tell you the true thing. people use this psu with that build with not a single problem mainly because its cheap and you have plenty of power on it.
