Best Motherboard for i5 6500 in India

I am planning to build a new system with i5 6500 processor. I am not a hardware expert so not planning to overclock.

Even i am planning for gaming buid, I am not a big gamer. I want to play battlefield like games and also need to use programming like Visual Studio, SQL Server etc.

My first option is
Asus H170 Pro which is around Rs: 10370

But based on some review and features, I am also looking the following options which have around Rs. 2000 more.

Asus H170-PRO-GAMING Rs. 12385
Asus Z170-K Rs. 12920

I read that Z170 is better reliability than H170 series also better for gaming even not overclocking. So is it worth to give 2000 extra? So better is Z170 K or H170 Pro Gaming?

In India, Asus Z170-a not available (may be my assumption). So please suggest the best option for me?

Go with the cheaper one, (asus H170 Pro) there is no need to spend extra on boards that won't gonna do anything extra. Z170 based boards are designed for overclocking , if not going to overclock, better to go with H170.

Only one clarification is that i also looking for 3.1 port. I verified that H170 Pro have type C but any 3.1 connectors or compatible with 3.1 card. So please consider this also and suggest me
