Best motherboard for i7 6700K 2016?

Hey,

so I'm sending back my Asus Z170-A and I will take another motherboard, so I was wondering which one is the best for my CPU i7 6700K in combo with G.skill Ripjavz V 3000mhz. I was thinking of ASUS ROG series but i'm afraid all Asus boards have problems with setting extremely high CPU voltage? And I was really dissapointed over my Z170-A, I thought it would be much better. I was also looking at MSI Gaming 5/7, Gigabyte Gaming 7 G1 and Asrock extreme7+ or OC formula. So which one would be the best? My budget is up to 240€

They're overpriced as all hell, don't go for the top ROG range.
If you're going high end the Gaming 7 is imo the best option feature wise, but the Gigabyte UD3 is the best value.
The Maximus Hero is very good, they typically go around $200 USD, so expect 220 Euros or something.

Pay for what you get. Depends on what your target is, but we have never broken any world records with a cheap motherboard.

A good OC board without over paying is the MAXIMUS VIII HERO

It's really just a matter of higher memory support and flashy lights, very few significant hardware improvements.
For users who won't be doing LN2 overclocking a well priced mid range board is more than enough.
