If you want to stick tight towards your budget i would suggest getting theASRock 970 Extreme4 http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asrock-970-extreme4-amd-970-s-am3plus-ddr3-2100mhz(oc)-sata-iii-6gb-s-sata-raid-pcie-20-(x16)-atx-us
Its a very nice motherboard that has 8 core support and allows you to upgrade to 16gb in the future.
