Best motherboard for my build ?

Currently I have a
Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card

The ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX was one suggestion for me but is there any other motherboards that are better ? Preferably under $100 please.

For that price, the H97M pro4 is probably the best. Using one, can't complain. Not that it really matters when you are with a locked CPU though.

Ah ok thanks. Also does the motherboard model affect whether you can overclock your GPU or not ? Since my GPU is the FTW edition which is the best overclocker above SSC and SC

GPU overclocking does not depend on the motherboard so much so you will be able to overclcok it. However when it comes to CPU, yours is locked, to overclock (safely) you need an unlocked CPU (k series, 4690k for example) and a Z series motherboard (z97).

but for saving money
try msi b85 p33 as well
or if you want to use some gaming motherboard
