Best motherboard for my system?

Hey there,
i want to upgrade my asrock 980de3-u3s3 because it is starting to fail.
my budget is under $150 dollars, i need something that will work well with the parts that i have and something that is easy and good at overclocking.
I would also like this board to last awhile not half a year like my current one lol.

Specs:

Cpu: 8320 8 core unlocked
Gpu: amd R9 280x gigabyte
Ram: 16gb crosshair 4x4
Psu: 520w antec
Case: Zalman z11 plus
