Best Motherboard for Rosewill FBM-X1 and i7 7700

I am looking for the best motherboard (not too expensive maybe under 1000rs) compatible with https://www.amazon.in/Rosewill-MicroATX-Tower-Computer-FBM-01/dp/B072F29JP4?th=1 and i7 7700. I am also confused whether to buy i7 7700 or i7 7700k. Plz. suggest which processor, ram and motherboard to buy. Case is mini tower.

If you haven't purchased the case yet, I'd suggest you look at the MasterBox Lite 3 or the N200 by Cooler Master. They are much better cases. Per your board, if you plan to overclock the processor and the ram then you're going to need to look at a Z270 chipset board and it's suggested you go for a DDR4-3200MHz kit. You're going to need an i7-7700K. If you don't plan to overclock the ram and processor, you can get by with a B250 board with DDR4-2400MHz rams.
