This is my thoughts too.If you need PCIe 4.0, you will need x570.
However, I doubt you will NEED PCIe 4.0 as you can get all of the performance from current cards on PCIe 3 and I don't see one generation of GPUs suddenly changing this.

ThnxMSI B450 Tomahawk max will support a 3600 without the need for any bios update. Also very strong power delivery if you intend to upgrade your CPU eventually.
