best motherboard for slight overclock

Hi I am going to buy a new budget gaming rig but I can't decide which motherboard to buy.


Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
Or
Msi 970A-g43

I will overclock a amd fx-6300 so it matches amd fx-6350 please help me which is better?

Msi 970A-g43 doesnt have heatsink and will burn .

this one has 8+2 power phase design
