best motherboard of these 3?

So yeah guys, am trying to figure out which of these 3 is the best option. I have 2 GTX 970 on the way so sli is a most and my price range is around $150. If anyone has a better option I would appreciate it. BTW my case is the Bitfenix Phenom M.

Is there a any significant difference between the extreme6 and 4 for the 30~ dollars difference?

the three choices are all m-ATX so I suspect that one wont fit the case
