Best motherboard out of these 7

Going with a I3 4150 cpu and gtx 750 ti 1 hdd 1 ssd 8 gb ram fully modular psu

Really any of them will do but if I would choose the best it would be the Asus H97M Plus but if I was buying myself I would save and get the MSI H97M-E35 for the price savings.

You asked for the best but the other Asus one is fine but like I said any of them will do and should all have similar performance and last as long. Therefore I would get the cheapest. Different story if I was looking at high end overclocking and tweaking boards.

Ahh sweet thanks if you dont mind me asking why would I want to pay more for the asus board then? What makes it better

It is a more feature board with for example M2 slot for SSD (only a plus if you use it) it has better digital VRM (voltage control) but really does not matter on a std config.
