best motherboard with following requirements?

I am having a Intel core i3 4130 processor, gtx 650ti 2gb ddr5 graphic card with PCI express 3.0. I need a motherboard which could handle the above parts without any heating issues and also should have 4 ddr3 ram slots. Please suggest me the best and also an inexpensive one.
