Best MotherBorad for FX 6300

I would like to Build my new PC with FX 6300 processor, but haven't decided the motherboard yet. My shortlised boards are
1. Asus M5A97 2.0
2. Asus M5A97 LE 2.0
3. Gigabyte GA-970-DS3P
4. Asrock 970 extreme 4

My budget is around 7,700 INDIAN RUPEES roughly around 122$

What's the real difference between extreme 4 and 3,as they are both using 970 chipset.

Can you please clarify the reason for choosing Asus M5A97 2.0?

I personally think the VRAM's are better on the extreme three than 4. The bigger the better...as they allow more airflow past them and create more cooling.......but I could be wrong.

I guess go with the 4 though since I assume the people at ASRock know what they are doing and wouldn't produce a worse product as the next step up in their line up.

BTW currenty I have one 2GB Kingston 1333Mhz , 4 GB EVM 1333MHz RAM and willing to buy another hyper X fury. I would like to replace one of them with HyperX fury, so will they work together? I'm little tight on budget so can't go with 2 sticks of HyperX.

They will work together no problem. Ram will always work together at the lowest speed of whatever combination you have.
