Best mouse pad for playing fps games

I browsed through many forums but couldn't find what I need...
So, I play cs:go and two of my friends have this mousepad

Which I suppose is a hard mouse pad (am a noob when it comes to mouse pads) the surface of this pad is very smooth and when I tried playing, my hand was gliding way too much even at low sensivity (it recoreded even the slightiest movement)
Also, I have a cheap cloth pad at home, which feels a bit rough to me. I read everywhere that soft or hard gamepads are personal preference, but I feel the cloth one a bit hard and the other one way too smooth (which I guess I can get used to)
So which one should I buy, a recommendation of a mouse pad in India would be appreciated.

I play quite a bit of CS, and mouse pad is entirely preference. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise. I personally hate hard mouse pads. I also play on 1200dpi instead of your typical 800/400dpi. So some people that play on lower DPI prefer bigger mouse pads. The one I use is the Steel Series QcK. Its bigger sized but not huge. It has a great feel to it and has a nice break in. Not to mention its great price point. The resistance from the fabric, for me, feels perfect. Hope this helped
