best netbook that runs Linux for the price?

I'm looking into a netbook I can do simple internet browsing, 365 applications, and that's it. I want a linux operating system with it too

Mamasan2000, a netbook is a very inexpensive laptop with an emphasis on cost over all else.

Pirbear1028, there are several manufacturers of laptops that you can have linux installed on instead of windows. Dell has a few.

I would advise to stay away from Librem, fan noise is ridiculous. Chris Fisher at Jupiter Broadcasting (look it up on youtube if interested) did a hands-on review of it. Well, f it, why don't I just give you the link instead.
