best numbers for overclocking a p4 2.2 ghz

I have this system:
motherboard asus p4B533-M
p4 2.2ghz processor
512MB DDR ram pc-2100 Samsung

I'm intersted into your opinion how much should I overclock it (meaning what FSB frequency) should I set to achive a good increase but still leave the stability/coolness of the system. And one more thing what cooler would you suggest (no water cooling, tight budget)?
