I apologize for asking such a question, but i'm not really confidant with my knowledge of what works with what. I currently have this setup.

i5-3350p - 3.10 ghz
Evga 750 watt B2 supernova bronze power supply
8 gb Ram
GTX 960 2 gb

I'm looking for a card that has 4 gb memory.

Thank you

Which 750W PSU? Brand and model.
I would consider the RX 570/480/580 since they are quite cheap now or 1060 6GB.

I've used RX 480 with no issues whatsoever and its better than the 1050ti (had both RX 480 and 1050ti).

Hello, thank you for your help. The psu is a Evga 750 B2 Supernova bronze. I'm hesitant (probably for silly reasons) to buy anything other than a Nvidia geforce card, because I'm worried that i'll screw up the installation from current setup, to one completely different. As you can tell, i'm a novice at all this.

I'm fortunate then be
No, you wont...
I've switched from many gpu's, ranging from GX9800 X2, GT 520, R7 250 GDDR3 and GDDR5, GTX 470, 1050ti,RX 480 and now R9 280.
You just clean the drivers and install new ones.

I'm fortunate then because that's some exp right there. Thanks a lot for your help. I'll look into your recommendations. So my power and CPU can handle those listed above?

Yes it can :)

I'm baaack Ha! Sorry, but all these versions confuse me. With the 1060, is this what you had in mind https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P76G428/ref=psdc_284822_t5_B07R63FNGY ?

(Note, these comparisons are just for "Image" just what difference it is, in real world its just 10fps or to none)

(Take this benchmark as grain of salt)

But looking at the prices
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=RX+580&_sacat=0&rt=nc&LH_BIN=1
or amazon.
RX is better option, but bit power hungry 126W~ (1660) vs 230W~ (RX 580)
Im talking about used cards.

But at all both cards are good option.
