What games are you talking about?
For MW2 try:
Max pre-rendered frames: 1
AA-Setting 16x (16x CSAA)
AA - Transparency :2x Supersampling
AF: 16x
Texture filtering: High Quality

If you are asking about global settings:
multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration: single-display performance mode or compatability performance mode.
threaded optimization: on
allow negative LOD-bias: on
anisotropic filter optimization: off
anisotropic filter optimization: off
Trilinear optimization: off
