Best Nvidia Control panel settings for gtx 950

How can i set my nvidia control panel settings for an optimizated game performance and quality

and i am adding right now in my control panel there is no v sync
there is one horizontal sync h sync setting

Leave them on default and set each game according to the performance you desire.

Default is fine, I personally use some of the maximum power options but I don't even think it does anything performance wise.
