I won't be overclocking.

I would suggest this card it isn't the best 960 but for the price you get 4 gb of VRAM which is essential with the new games coming out. It is also overclocked so it performs better. You can look around but personally I think this is your best option.

Definitely get one of the 4GB models. If it were me, I would stick with any from Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, or EVGA, with the Asus Strix and MSI Gaming as my top choices.
