Best OBS Setting for 720p 60fps or 1080p 60fps

I want to record my gameplay of Subnautica at 720p or 1080p

Right now I can record the gameplay but it look fuzzy.

System Specs

• 
  Ryzen 3 1200 @4ghz
  GIGABYTE GTX 1050 OC by 25%
  8gb Ram
  Windows 10 64bit

I don't see why you shouldn't be able to record at 1080p, if it's fuzzy you might just need to turn the bitrate up. However may I reccomend using shadowplay which is a technology built into your nvidia graphics card which will give you the best performance.
