Best OBS Setting for my rig.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to post it, move if needed.

My rig currently is;

i5 6500, 3.2GHz,
1060 SC 3GB
16GB 2133mhz DDR4 RAM.
1980x1024


I stream games like csgo, borderlands shadow of mordor, sims, whats the best settings for this?

Never had tested OBS, only ShadowPlay but I can assume that every game is different in how Game Recording softwares can impact in performance, I would say that you could normally record FULL HD 1920x1080 with 60 Fps on High to Very Settings on both CS, Borderlands and Sims, not sure with Shadow of Mordor though, since there are some settings that impact a lot in performance... If you want to spare long upload times, record your games at best 1280 x 720 or 720 P resolution in OBS but play the game in Full HD so the final recording can be displayed at a decent quality

Hmm, I'll leave this open for a few more days, hoping someone with experience with OBS can help me out, thanks for your reply though!
