Best OBS Settings for Core 2 Quad Q6600 and GT 730 (2GB)

So I am trying to record Unturned, Minecraft, and CS:GO on my Dell Optiplex 745 DT with these specs:

-Core 2 Quad Q6600
-EVGA Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5
-4GB RAM
-280W PSU

When I looked at other forums and did what it said I still get around 8-10 FPS and I only plan on upgrading the RAM. Can anyone reommend the settings for ONLY recording on this potato PC. Thanks in advance

Also I plan on playing on Low to Medium Settings.

Don't record on it. Even with more ram it's not going to be powerful enough to run those games and record. It's only barely powerful to barely run those games.
