Best OBS Settings for Low End PC

Hello. I try to record Fortnite at EVERY SINGLE BITRATE but nothing helps. I can record Minecraft fine, but nothing else. No GTA V, No Fortnite, No Nothing.

Specs:

AMD Phenom 9950 2.6 GHz
GT 1030 2GB
5GB RAM

How many Hdd's you have? One? If one then its almost impossible to record any gaming at all without stutters.

I have a 500GB and a 232GB

Record gameplay on HDD which isnt game on, it doesnt matter if windows is on it, also in setting for video select rescale output to 720P, in obs settings for recording select Nvec, about other settings, im unsure.

I do not have nvenc

You should have it in obs since you have nvidia GPU..
As for other posts of 1030 i think the NVEC is totally missing...
Do you have laptop or second PC if you are still interesed in recording?
OBS has plugin to record videos on second PC/laptop via ethernet cable.

No I do not and nvenc doesn't show. My 1030 doesnt have the chip
