[SOLVED] Best OBS Settings For Me

Hi, I'm streaming in twitch lately. I read lots of things on site but I'm not sure my settings at all. They just made me confused

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
• GPU: MSI Nvida GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB
• RAM: 16 GB Kingston HyperX 3200 MHz
• Motherboard: MSI B350M PRO-VD PLUS

are my specs, and I have 32 mbps download 3 upload speed. Thanks to my country^^

Which bitrate should i go with? Can I stream at 720p60? Should I use cpu or gpu? If you can help I will very appreciate. Have a nice day!
