Best OBS settings for streaming

Guys, I need best OBS settings for streaming on twitch. I have 1mb upload speed. My laptop spec is: Intel core i7-2630QM CPU@2,00Hz, 15 inches monitor 1366x768.

Uhh...

Set your bitrate to 1000kbs.

And downscale your resolution to like 480p.

I doubt your laptop is capable of streaming at all really, how much ram do you have even?
Your upload speed is also way to low to stream I believe.
