Best OC forAsrock 990fx extreme 3 with phenom ii 965

i have 2 ripsjaw ddr3 2133 too. I would like to get best setup possible without great risks. I set last week a new psu and a cooler master. My box have 4 fans and i think is enough cool.

in the other hand i would like to know if you would pay 70 euros for an fx8350 or save an go for ryzen in long term.

I use my pc for gaming overall.

I would either go with ryzen or intel. The FX series is only good for very budget stuff now. It will be a bottleneck for most gpus in newer games.
