Well the emperor is cool... But thats not what i asked...

A dual socket Xeon server/workstation with the most cores+highest clock you can find. As much Low CAS latency RAM as the motherboard will hold. As many workstation GPU's as will fit in PCIE x16 slots. And the emperor. But that is definitely not the best idea cash wise.
