Best onboard graphics?

what is the best onboard graphics? is it still the nvidia 6150?

nvidia 7025 and 7050 replace 6150.

I have heard that ati / amd is working on crossfire with on board video and a video card.

the 7025 comes with a DVI plug on some models -seems like a pretty decent chipset from the one that I built.
