[SOLVED] Best One-Step Editing?

Sorry, I know this is a hardware forum but I didn't want it to get lost in the Software section.

I have quite a specific request and I know it's going to make some people cringe...

Most of my photos are now shot with my Huawei P30 Pro, which is good enough. But I run many through Adobe's (Photoshop) Camera Raw but press the "Auto" buttons for editing all the values and the white balance. I don't really have time to edit them all individually and the default settings are quite good to my eye. There are some that I will adjust as the whites are blown out a little too much and some need some noise treatment from Noiseware but other than that, pretty pleased with the AI results.

Is there another program I should look at for this sort of thing?
I have a feeling Photoshop is too big for what I need, plus the repeated "do you want to over write" and then having to click again on the quality dialog is getting a little tedious.
