Best Online UK Computer Shop?

Where do people buy their PCs from online?
I'm looking to buy a gaming laptop, but the added VAT tax from the US is insane.
I've bought from PC Specialist before, but i've had a few problems with fans, faulty wiring, ect.
What do you regard as the best online UK computer shop? or where do you buy your machines from?

I, and probably a few other people, recommend Novatech - www.novatech.co.uk. They're based in Portsmouth but they ship anywhere in the UK.
