Like I said in the title, I am looking to find the best water cooling kit for around $100-$200. I will be cooling the CPU, but later on I am wanting to add in the GPU into the mix to make everything icy cold! Any advice would be helpful!

Pre-built kit or a custom loop. I haven't bought the system yet, but I am going to go for an i7 4770k and probably an r9 290/290x.

I heard somewhere that you need atleast a 3 fan radiator for a cpu and gpu. I might have heard wrong though.

I personally decided against going with a kit, and just got a closed loop, but that was the brand I kept getting refereed to if looking for a kit.

Anyway man, good luck. The i7-4770k is a really great cpu for gaming.

If you have a thick enough 2x120mm radiator, you should be okay. But it might not fit in your case. 🙁

All-in-one kits like this usually are not much better than a good air cooler, if not worse. I would not recommend an all-in-one kit. That said, pick out each part individually. You can get the best stuff out there for your money that way.

What case do you have?

I am going to get the new Phanteks Enthoo Pro which I think looks perfect for water cooling!

Okay, so there will be no issues with running out of radiator space! You could put two 4x120mm radiators in that monster! Plenty of ways to mount pumps/reservoirs, too! I like the PSU mount location, too. It doesn't get in the way of radiators on the bottom of the case.

You might have looked at the Enthoo Primo, I am getting the cheaper, more value packed Enthoo Pro.

Ah...

The Pro still looks great! I would get the thickest 2x120mm radiator you can fit in there, if you can afford it, and if it's a quality radiator.

(Get 120mm radiators instead of 140mm ones. There are better 120mm radiator fans out there than 140mm fans.)
