Hello everyone, i'm having a few issues with my custom built PC after a year and half, it won't turn on when i press the power button, CMOS battery is new, PSU test went fine ( with a paperclip the fan worked just fine), I can't figure it out what it is, so, I'm thinking about upgrading my board but i want one better, I'll post my build on a link below,so you can help me out. I want one which can maximize its performance with the parts that i already have (Compatibility, OC costumization) those kind of things, I'm used to OC to 4.5Ghz with temps around 40C (my room is kinda hot). I hope i could explain myself on this one, any questions please ask. thank you for your time and patience, really appreciated .

Tried it already with one stick, no lights, no fan, nothing at all. After a few unplugs it does turn on but it has been harder to do so.Thought about thermal paste, not the problem here...
Your motherboard has some debug LED info.
What does that say?

FWIW, the "paperclip" test is useful only to confirm a dead psu, it says nothing about if it is working or not.

I might suspect ram. Using disparate kits is not a good thing to do, and using 4 sticks where two will do is not greateither.
See if you can get into bios with just one stick.

Has your cpu fan come loose in the header? You normally can't start if there is no rpm on the cpu fan.
Try using a screwdriver to touch the two front panel pins, perhaps the front switch is bad.

My computed works fine when it is turned on, not a single issue (freezes, getting slow, BSoDs), works completely fine.

Quick edit: I thought 16Gb RAM would be a fine amount... not so exagerated, just a fair amount

Quick edit: 42-43 it's what it shows on the mobo.
