Best option for case fan

Hello,
So i am having doubts on what i should buy. I know that noctuas and gentle typhoons are both good. So i was wondering which of these would be better for a case fan and not rad. Also, 3 120mm fans or 2 140mm fans of the preferred brand. Nf-f12 pmw vs ap14 vs ap15.

Their price respectively are 22, 23 and 23.
