I have four options to go. Where i live everything is expensive, so that's why the prices are so much higher.

The options:

$1450 for Dell S2716DG (27'', 1440p, 1 ms, 144hz, G-sync, 3 year Warranty) and GTX 1070 8GB FTW;

$1100 for Samsung U28E590 (28'', 4k, 1 ms, 60hz, Free-Sync) and GTX 1070 8GB FTW;

$1090 for Benq XL2411Z (24'', 1080p, 1 ms, 144hz) and GTX 1070 8GB FTW;

$800 for AOC G2460PF (24'', 1080p, 1 ms, 144hz, Free-Sync) and RX 480 Nitro 4GB.

Money wise, what is the best way to go?

They're pretty much the same, both are great and deliver a very fluid image. I'm a little biased to ASUS, as i have that exact monitor too.
IMO, get the ASUS one, definetely. You won't be disappointed! It's cheaper, too.

The GTX 1070 is a bit of overkill to 1080p gaming, even if it's 144Hz.
While you can get a RX 480 or GTX 1060 for 1080p, as they are the optimal card for that resolution, you can still get the third option and keep that 1080p monitor while you save up money for a 1440p monitor, so you'll have dual monitor, which will be great!

You don't actually need G-Sync with a GTX 1070, so you can try looking up for some without it, it will save you a LOT of money.

IMO the third option is the optimal one, as it's the "cheapest" with the 1070 and give you the possibility to future upgrades.

Note: as appealing as it looks, the 4k monitor isn't a good choice. The 1070 can't handle 4k - even the 1080 can't - so you will not have a good experience with it, not gaming tho.

Between the Benq XL2411Z and the Asus VG248QE, what would you choose for the third option? The asus is $25 cheaper.
