Best options for a mini atx build?

HI all and thanks in advance for reading this post:

I'm planing on building a smaller pc than what I have at the moment.

So I have a couple questions in regards to the best options available for me.

Before we start my current set up is the following:
Intel core i5 6600k oc to 4.6
Hyper evo 212.
Gtx 1080 founders edition.
ATX size motherboard (I find posting the model irrelevant because I wanna change the size of the mobo anyway.)
Ripjaws DDR4 16gb (4x4)
Cooler Master HAF XB EVO
ATX size PSU (Don't remember the model)
SSD
HDD



1: From big to small: I wanna reduce the size my case specifically. So I've been researching on smaller cases and components for this build.

if you guys know any smaller options for cases that allow my components to fit (except the mother board) that will be a welcomed opinion.

2: New motherboard: Assuming I pick the case above (Thermaltake Core V21) I would need to buy new mother board. A Micro atx specifically.

So my concerns for the new motherboard are:

**I need 4 ram slots.
**Need it to be compatible with the cpu I have (That means that I need a mother board that will enable overcloking.)

Using the above search at Newegg resulted in 28 to choose from. You can search for yourself and narrow the results further by selecting only Z270 Chipset models.
