Best Options for Hyperspin / Mame Computer?

I have been trying to find a ultra small form factor for a mame arcade cabinet I am putting together. I want it to be able to have a HDMI output; along with a SSD for the OS and a HDD for the storage capacity. Ideally I want to keep my costs as low as possible, because when it comes down to it I don't need that much power to play retro games. On the other side of it I was debating getting a motherboard with internal ssd support.

That is the project I am attempting to complete, I want to be able to fit the computer inside that box and secure it using the same method.
