Hello everyone! I tried to overclock my Intel HD graphics in my intel i3-2120 3.3GHz processor, I use a DH61WW motherboard and there are only few options to overclock my IGD,
1) The Graphics multiplier which is at 22 default and i changed it to 27
2)The graphics voltage which is at default and i changed it to 1.14V
Through this i kept stress testing using intel extreme tuning utility, and obtained a stable 1350MHz Max Dynamic frequency(Base frequency is 850MHz and Max Dynamic frequency is 1100MHz),
I tested it on Call of Duty-II at max settings and got 30fps. I again set everything to defaults and got 45 fps max for the same game at the same settings. Some say that 1350MHz is overkill and 1250MHz is best as it does not harm the IGD and gives max performance, Tell me your views and which is best overclock for the IGD in i3-2120 and what is graphic preset?
