Best overclockers MoBo for less then $150?

Hey guys I am thinking about getting an E2140 and overclocking the balls off of it. What are your oppinions about the best overclockers board sub $150 ??? Is there one board in pariticular that stands out?

So far I have been looking at the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R , which appears to be hit and miss whether you get a good board or not , or the Asus PK5 which is supposedly really very with a little modification with a pencil.

All suggestions and oppinions are encouraged .

GIGABYTE P35 DS3R OC's better than P35C DS3R ,but onl ysupports DDR2 , here is a review of P35C DS3R :

abit ab9 pro, sure, it is a 965p but does 430fsb pretty well, and i think the processor will limit before the mobo is the problem, plus its heaps cheap + tried and true

thats good too ,but it DOESN'T support 1333mhz cpus and next gen 45nm
