Best parts for Dell Precision 670

Hi, I'm wondering what the best CPU, RAM and possibly GPU parts I could put into the Dell Precision 670 that it could actually make use of. I know that it can have up to two dual core Xeon processors in it but which ones? What bus speed can it even take advantage of?

I know this might be a weird/obscure topic but I didn't know where else to go.

Old Core2 architecture. Even with the dual processor setup you in effect have a Core2Quad. Obsolete.
