Hi, Everyone, I'm from India.
I'm thinking of upgrading my old PC, buying the new one below 900$ (Below 60000 Rs)

My present PC config is AMD Phenom 2.1 Ghz, ASRock 960GC-GS FX, ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 630 4GB DDR3, Dynet 2GB Ram DDR2, CORSAIR VS450 + local Cabinet.

I've selected this rig/config after checking some reviews, is it good

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Dual-X
Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150
Corsair Vengeance 4GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower + Case Fans
SeaSonic 620W ATX12V / EPS12V

I'm not much of a Gamer, but i play games some times, mostly i surf Internet, watch movies in HD & I'm using Catia, Siemens & use Photoshop plus encoding sometimes, finally i should be able to run it for at-least 20hrs a day for torrents. Now i'll not overlook but i'll overclock in future.

This is first time i'm buying High end PC.
But i've some doubts about,
Mother Boards which one to buy, ASUS Z87-A / ASUS Z97-A / MSI Z87-G45 Gaming / MSI Z97 Gaming 5 / ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 with good BIOS and softwares.

Please help, if possible.
Sorry if my English is bad.

Waiting for ur answers.

Solution
If you already have an i5 4690k why do you want a better CPU? All you can get is an i7 4790k.

Sure you're not mixing up the Central Processing Unit with Personal Computer?

Yes, Budget is below $900, I need PC.
I've a Viewsonic VX2453mh-LED monitor and new Asus DVD writer.
Maybe a good UPS, now i've APC 600V UPS.

I'm really sorry i need a PC, my mistake.
My present PC Config,
AMD Phenom 2.1 Ghz,
ASRock 960GC-GS FX
ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 630 4GB DDR3
2GB Ram (Another 2GB was dead recently)
CORSAIR VS450.

After checking some reviews I've assembled this below config, is it good.

Thanks, but i've one Corsair Vengeance 4GB, recently i bought which i've not used,
is it better if i use 2x4Gb Kit & add this 1x4Gb Ram.

What about a single 8GB Ram?
