best pc but very stutter lag fastsync and vsync on input lag

I have a big problem
I have a strong system
Graphics 1070 zotak
Cpu 8600 k
ram 16 bus 3200 gsikill
60 Hz display

When I turn on fastsync, I have a lot of lags, although fps is even higher than 100
My friends tell me the 144 Hertz monitor will fix the problem
Now I ask you to solve the problem by buying a monitor?
Meanwhile, the temperature of all parts is normal
CPU up to 4.8 overclocked

Yes, without using fastsync, I used vsync off and on. On off, which has a jump page and like a fastsync, in there is a problem with the input lag. Fps goes below 60 and causes the log

Maybe someone else can help as I never experience this type of an issue. I do own a GTX 1070 and I usually run with VYSYNC off / fastsync off for the lowest input lag.

Is your monitor a few Hz? You do not have mini stutter? Very tiny legs while moving the mouse

My monitor is 2K 60 Hz. I play BFV on ultra and its smooth as butter.
